BundleMath is a Shopify admin app that keeps native Shopify Bundle prices in sync with component product prices. It is provided by CNR Consulting Services, Inc., a Virginia corporation.

By installing or using BundleMath, you agree to these terms and to Shopify's terms that apply to apps installed on your store.

What the app does

BundleMath recalculates and writes Shopify Bundle prices when a component product price changes, using the discount and rounding rules you set. It can keep a change log for revert. Pro adds compare-at sync and an audit screen. BundleMath updates prices only. It does not change bundle contents.

You are responsible for the prices BundleMath writes to your store. Use the change log and revert if a price is wrong. Review prices before major sales events.

Plans

Prices are in USD. Billing goes through Shopify.

• Base is $6/month. It includes auto sync with fixed or percent discount, rounding rules, and a change log with one-click revert. It includes a 14-day free trial.
• Pro is $12/month. It includes everything in Base, plus compare-at sync and the audit screen with fix all (including a flag for bundles that went to Draft). It includes a 14-day free trial.

Plan features and prices may change. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on https://bundlemathapp.com.

Trial, billing, cancel, and refunds

The 14-day free trial applies to both Base and Pro. After the trial, Shopify bills the selected plan unless you cancel.

Billing goes through Shopify Billing. Cancel in the Shopify admin or by uninstalling the app, following Shopify's usual cancel and uninstall flow.

There are no refunds for partial months, except where Shopify's billing rules or applicable law require otherwise.

Acceptable use

Use BundleMath only on stores you are authorized to administer. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service. Do not use the app in a way that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law.

No warranty

BundleMath is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNR Consulting Services, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that prices written by the app will always match your intent, that sync will be uninterrupted, or that the app will meet every merchant need. Shopify's platform rules and availability also apply.

Liability

Liability is capped at the fees paid for BundleMath in the prior 12 months. CNR Consulting Services, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including lost sales from incorrect prices, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Partner rules and AI

We comply with the Shopify Partner Program Agreement. We do not use merchant data to train AI models (including Partner Agreement section 9.15). See the Privacy Policy for what we store and how long we keep it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Governing law

Virginia law governs these terms. CNR Consulting Services, Inc. is a Virginia corporation. Courts in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
